Where Do We Ship?
We proudly ship all of our handmade woven and knitted products throughout the United States. Whether you’re located in a bustling city or a quiet town, we’ve got you covered. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working hard to expand our reach in the future.
Shipping Times & Rates
We understand that waiting for your order can be exciting, especially when it’s something as special as a handcrafted Kismet piece. Here’s a quick breakdown of our shipping times:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: For those last-minute gifts or urgent orders, we offer overnight shipping that ensures your order arrives the very next business day.
Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. For orders over $50, we offer free standard shipping as a thank you for your support!
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure the quickest delivery. Please note that all of our items are made by skilled artisans, and some of our products may require additional time to prepare and ship, especially during peak seasons. If there’s any delay with your order, we will notify you promptly via email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can easily monitor its journey. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your handcrafted items arrive safely and on time. If you have any trouble tracking your order, our customer service team is here to help.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order to avoid any delivery issues.
Packaging
We take great pride in every Kismet product, and that includes the packaging. All items are carefully wrapped and protected with eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We also include a personal thank-you note in every package because we want you to feel appreciated for choosing Kismet.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kismet purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that products must be in unused, new condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
