Kismet Return & Exchange Policy

At Kismet, we want you to love your handcrafted items. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Whether you need to return or exchange a product, we’ve made our process simple and hassle-free. Please read our policy below for all the details on returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you meet the eligibility requirements for a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@kismet.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your return is processed, we will ship out the exchange item to you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges related to the exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@kismet.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us at no cost. Once we receive the damaged item, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or “Clearance”
  • Custom or personalized products
